I can relate a little to her because I (a male) was treated like s*** by my dad for many years, while he was kind and fatherly to my brother. But to the end he was awful, finally leaving everything to my brother and giving me nothing in his will. Brother was kind enough to share some with me anyway…he is a great bro. But to this day I never understood how a father could be so generous and loving to one son and direct all his wrath at the other son. It's funny, I have a crazy blended family story as well but luckily most of the people involved are all very good, kind, and loving people. Save for my terrible pedophile step-father.
