Hi guru I am a big fan of yours from Melbourne. I have question regarding 5*5 series. In Australian gym i have weight in Kgs instead of pounds so as you suggested in this series to increase weight in every next set even slightest pound will do, i can't do that in ecery next set as i have it in Kgs here. Its sort of not possible to increase in every next set as it would straight 2kg difference between immediate dumbell. I just hope you got what I am trying to say. Please help me out.
