රසම රස මොන්ගෝලියන් ෆ්‍රයිඩ් රයිස් එකක් හරියට ගෙදර හදමු.Mongolian Fried Rice.Sri Lankan Mix Rice

ගොඩක් දෙනෙක් කන්න කැමති හොටෙල් වල, රෙස්ටොරන්ට් වල ගොඩක් ජනප්‍රිය මොන්ගෝලියන් බතක් ගෙදරදිම රසට හදන විදිහ.
මේ බත් එක තද පාටට ගන්න ගොඩක් සෝස් ජාති එකතු කරලම හරියන්නේ නෑ. ඒකට බත් ටික හරි පදමට ප්‍රයි කර ගන්න එකත් වැදගත්.
ඉතින් කැමති අයට මම හදපු විදිහ පැහැදිලිව මේ වීඩියෝවෙන් බලන්න පුළුවන්.
Ingredients අවශ්‍යද්‍රව්‍ය :
2 Cups Rice බත්
100 g Chicken චිකන්
100g Prawn ඉස්සෝ
2 Eggs බිත්තර
Ginger ඉඟුරු
Garlic සුදු ලූණු
Salt ලුණු
Pepper ගම්මිරිස්
Soy sauce 3 tbsp සෝයි සෝස්
1 tsp Hoisin Sauce ( or add little bit of sugar for your taste. you don't need to if you add any if you are adding sweet soy sauce instead of Normal dark soy sauce) හොයිසින් සෝස් නැතිනම් සීනි ස්වල්පයක් එකතු කර ගන්න පුලුවන්. නැතිනම් සාමාන්‍ය සෝයි සෝස් වෙනුවට ස්වීට් සෝයි සෝස් ගන්නත් පුලුවන්.
Chilli Paste චිලි පේස්ට් හෝ කෑලි මිරිස්
Sesame oil තල තෙල් තියෙනවනන් පමණක්
Carrot කැරට්
Leeks ලීක්ස්
Cabbage ගෝවා
Onion ලූණු

අද lunch වලට මම ඔයාගේ මොන්ගෝලියන් රයිස් එක හැදුවා. හරිම රසට , ලස්සනට තිබුණා. මගේ දුවයි, පුතයි (බෑණා) යි වගේම චුටි මුණුබුරාත් හරිම ආසාවෙන් කෑවා. ඇත්තටම මට ගොඩක් සතුටුයි chef shani . ඔයා හොදින් පැහැදිලි කරන නිසා මම ඔයාගේ recipes වලට හොඩක් කැමතියි . මේ සැරේ නත්තලට මම මෙල්බන් ඉන්න නිසා දැනටමත් මම ඔයාගේ නත්තල් කේක් recipe එකට පලතුරු එහෙම කපලා තියෙන්නේ . ලංකාවේ ඉන්න කාලේට ගොඩාක් වේලාවට හදන්නේ මාධවි ඇන්තනිගේ recipe එක. ඒත් මේ සැරේ හිතුණා ඔයාගේ විදිහට කරලා බලන්න. ඔයාට ගොඩක් ස්තුතියි .❤❤❤❤❤
