This September marks one year since I started doing your workouts. I went from doing them 3 mornings a week to 5-6 days, thanks to your calendars. I took the summer off because I walked in the morning and realized that I missed the benefits I gained from strength training, toning and stretching. Glad to be back! Thanks for all of your excellent content.

I recently heard someone say that standing abs are a waste of time. This is not true at all. I love standing abs and if you engage your core you will see great results. Awesome video. Thank you for sharing ❤

When I complete my workouts I don't pause the videos 'cause I just adore listening to the background songs you choose)) So I happen to watch 5 more videos while making breakfast or doing some other things in the morning! Thank you for these cheerful & lovely playlists 🥰
