This September marks one year since I started doing your workouts. I went from doing them 3 mornings a week to 5-6 days, thanks to your calendars. I took the summer off because I walked in the morning and realized that I missed the benefits I gained from strength training, toning and stretching. Glad to be back! I recently heard someone say that standing abs are a waste of time. This is not true at all. I love standing abs and if you engage your core you will see great results. Awesome video. Thank you for sharing ❤
