I am getting over jet lag. From USA to Sweden, but tomorrow I'll start the workouts again. I will do this one looks fabulous. Thanks for your videos, love them and do them all!

Thank you for the workout. I got some anger energy out. I was avoiding your weight/equipment workouts before, but now I’m thinking about investing in a pair of weights because I’m not sure how much longer my sand-filled bottles will hold up. 😅
