Oh, I love this so much! A great commercial you that's as good as the show! The Monkees really excelled as a comedy troupe. It's amazing that four guys that were put together, without being buddies before hand could have that much chemestry. You don't even get this kind of genuine comedy from sketch comedy shows on television today.

I love it immensely!! I worked as a fitter @ the botany plant sydney Australia we had a substadised canteen but the apprentices always ate free cereal to there hearts content !! LOL

Did Peter ever get irritated by these jokes about his "stupidity"? As I understand it he was the best musician in The Monkees and even if it's in the script it would still rankle me to hear "Can he still play the bass?" "Yes" "He never could before!" If I was Peter it would rankle me anyway.
