Wooooo!! This one kicked my ass in the best possible way! Callie you're hands down the best pilates instructor ever. I have to say lifting weights has nothing on pilates. I was new to lifting and while I did see some toning I just wasn't seeing huge results. Two sessions with you and I SEE and FEEL it!!

im in ana recovery and honestly i never thought id be able to genuinely enjoy working out or want to workout for reasons beyond aesthetics but your pilates workouts have been absolutely incredible! thanks so much:))

Same here, I never even thought about trying pilates until recently, because I thought it wouldn‘t burn as many calories as cardio does. Now that I‘m trying to recover and fix my relationship with workouts I discovered, that I really enjoy these workouts. I‘m wishing you all the best luck for your recovery
