You're Funny!!!! ...Meet How Do Ya Do!!!! This is a good explanation of stalling out. I definitely stall out on releasing the club. I don't let my wrists go. Funny thing is I play the drums and use my wrists a lot doing paradiddles and triplets and have to release the drum sticks to get any speed. So thanks for posting this as a visual queue and reminder to release ...and engage the butt!!!

I see myself with all the flaws to demonstrated. I’m going to head out to my simulator and see what I can incorporate. I always used old age and a lack of strength as the reason I’d stall out. Very nice video.
