Dear Br Insight. Your open QiGong practice has been and continues to be a life saver for me. I feel so much joy and aliveness during Qigong and after it. I have been dealing with fatigue and lack of energy and this is the only practice that really helps me. It makes a huge difference on my energy levels. I send you blessings every day. I'm glad to be able to practice with over 100 people live, to know they are there practicing too, and with similar intentions as me. I hope you will be able to do more later into this year. I couldn't do the livestreams because they were too early, but I tuned into to many of them and just have so much benefit from the movements and your calming wonderful energy. I ENjoyed this kind of. Tai Chi, The Tiger form is the Toughest especially on the shoulders you can feel the Strength and Power in the movement the Butterfly is the most complicated (Balance) Thankyou Namaste.

i actually use this as asmr, I saw someone doing something like this in a public park and i didn't want to stare but it was so relaxing to watch,i felt so peaceful so i went online and found tai chi and qigong videos and watch it to feel relaxed

Dear Friend, this is good for your back. Turn to right, and use right hand to push you body, your back up. You use your hand to help your back. Because when you get elder and weaker, you bak become sensitive... Thank you

Do we have to turn always to the right side? But why? Because of anatomic reasons? The heart is on the left side ... And yes, you are right, my back has become sensitive, but the Qigong practice is very very good and helps by becoming elder and elder ... Thank you!
