Tim, thank you. I am going through a horrible time of grieving (lost my dad, my brother and my dog in the last 10 weeks). I cannot cry although I am devastated. I cannot feel. I cannot sleep. All I can do is stepping on the mat and there I allow myself to breathe and to feel and sometimes I can cry… a little bit. I have been practicing with you for a couple of years and I knew this is the place, this is my teacher… here I will find some comfort and ease. Thank you, Tim ❤

Oh my my! This was such a great Day 2. It was challenging but the instructions were easy to understand and the flow was sweet! And, I believe you used "gnarly" in there -- always cracks me up.

holding myself accountable for day two, this really left me feeling a ton of warm energy. managing to do one of the flows without checking the screen or stressing was a new moment for me! it was hard in places but I'm happy that my down-dog has improved from when I started two weeks ago - I could barely hold it for 7 seconds then but didn't really struggle with it here :)

I started taking Yoga and Meditation somewhat seriously in December 2023; taking Apple Fitness courses and following other Yogi KZbinrs. But in April 2024, when I discovered one of your 30 day challenges, I was hooked. Thanks for all the work. Lotta ups and downs in 2024, but these practices have helped maintain a sense of strength. Hi Wendy. If you signed up for the challenge, I sent you a Day 1 email with a link to all the classes in order. It’s my way of making sure everyone signs up. If you haven’t signed up you still can. Click the link on Day 1 and you’ll get an email. If you don’t see it, check your junk/spam.
