Okay, I read a medical report last year, that in some people, anesthesia causes dementia. After 3 operations I definitely suffered with this issue. I have a met a few people with the same issue, apparently the anesthesia depletes people of their vitamins and minerals. I also, became more dehydrated as well. Luckily, I have a six sense about things that I started getting B12 shots then IV drips to replenish all my minerals & vitamins. I wish more people knew about this.

Funny how 99% of our food is processed. Anything the FDA says to eat I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits

Your information and suggestions are priceless and I thank you for all of the videos you regularly post, which help us to change our old habits and improve our health. Wow, your explanation that excess refined sugar over a lifetime damages the vascular system, which allows toxins through our blood brain barrier (which is a network of blood vessels), possibly causing some forms of dementia…wow that’s an eye opener.

Heavenly Father hear my prayers. Give me courage. As a single mother, raising not one but two children on the spectrum I am overwhelmed and I’m constantly struggling to pay bills. Struggling to buy groceries, struggling to do it all. I want to give up however faith is all I have left and faith is all I need. FATHER GIVE ME STRENGTH.💕

The best antidote for gingivitis is a water irrigator (i.e. WaterPik). I add a couple ounces of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide w couple cups of water. I never have gum problems any longer.

For years I have been trying to get dentists and doctors to talk about the connections between oral and systemic health. Thank you for connecting oral and systemic health ...I am one of your biggest fans :) We also know that biting on a tooth - compresses the periodontal ligaments and sends a message to the brain - where orexin is released. Orexin impacts cognitive function. Maybe this explains why early and complete loss of teeth has long been associated with dementia.

DR Li, how many times do you eat beef, chicken or fish a week? Please teach us how not to eat animal protein and still not be hungry, dizzy, light headed, especially for diabetics. Please teach us how to be able to sleep well at night. It is hard nowadays to have 8 hours of sleep a night. Thank you Dr.

Dr Li, many KZbinr functional medicine doctors on here encourage people to eat low carb high fat. These are carnivores and keto diets. These doctors say that eating red meat is healthy and is necessary for brain health and they do not cause cancer or heart disease. What are your thoughts on high-fat diets?

I love listening to you, Dr. Li, but it’s really, really hard to keep hearing how some of your favorite foods (i.e. all kinds of junk food) are damaging to your health, when eating them is how I sometimes distress or feel a little joy when I’m severely depressed.

Dear Dr William Li, I'm a psychiatic patient. I have early onset of neuropathy where occasionally some of my toes became numb with no pain [burning sensation whatsoever]. How I dealt with that was by submerging my feet in hot but warm water bath, not hot and too hot. I do this until d water became lukewarm, n generally d numbness then would have disappeared. I want to win over this nerve damage, but do not know how. Can U give me something that works? I do not know if my neuropathy is d result of long term use of mental health medication. Or it could B d result of side effects from d Crestor tablets which I took 4 high cholesterol. Also my mental health medications [ risperdal consta, an injection] caused severe itchiness 4 some 3 yrs. I have gotten off it 4 another 3 yrs, n d itchiness have died down to a manageable level. @ d beginning, I would have d onset of itchiness. The more I scratch, d more it itched. I think it was due to d minute granules coming out of my pores n became statically charged, n now 3 yrs down d track, d last remainder of these particles R coming out of my skin. [As a result of this itchiness that came on me @ night, I have had 6 yrs of broken sleeplessness. Now my mind do not rest n shut down @ night. And I'm getting onset of alzheimer or dementia related health issues. Currently, I'm treating d forgetfulness with gingo biloba, n to a degree it has been effective. Is there an effective treatment 4 sleeplessness. As 4 now, if d day b4, I did not sleep well, then even d day after, my mind does not shut down n sleep. The only thing, I can do is do d best by resting my mind as I cannot nap no matter how hard I try. Because of my condition, I body experienced lots n lots of tension which I normally noticed especially @ night.

His recommendation for ice cream was high quality ice cream as an occasional treat. Ones with no artificial stuff or fillers, etc. The same for cheese. A few different kinds in small amounts. He also mentions why. Did you watch the whole videos?
@spurgendahl
@spurgendahl Ай бұрын
@@kjkayjay Do you consider small amounts ot something for occasional treat as important information about how to feel well? The theory about ice cream, consisting of sugars and fats and not important per se, as healthy when cooling down your stomach is interesting. You'll get the same effect enjoying a glass of ice cold water. Ever day, without a single calorie.
