Hi ma'am.. ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് മുതൽ ഈ diet start ചെയ്യുകയാണ്.. Actually ഞാൻ 5 ഡേയ്‌സ് മുൻപ് ആണ് ഈ video കാണുന്നത്.. So എല്ലാ preparations ആയി ഇന്ന് മുതൽ start ചെയ്യുന്നു.. My present weight is 82kg.. Shall update my weight on 1st november👍
