Top Secret are legends in the Skyline world, They were building 1200bhp GTRs when most people could not get close to that power in the late 90s. I remember them showing a picture of a huge pile of RB26 that had blew up as much as people like to pretend a RB26 can make a 1000bhp easily, back then 600bhp was pushing it, only through years of development could it take the power and figure out its weaknesses.
