Motorized Bicycle Micro Turbo Build Ride Along

Just finally got some nice weather, Took the build out today and went for a drive. Ran really well. You can really feel the spin up around 5 seconds into a wot situation. Takes about 9 seconds for this motorized bicycle build to fully spin up. Max speed was 46mph the gps recorded avg was 41mph. Decent for a 50cc 4 stroke. Was very impressed by how much torque this build has. I may try a smaller sprocket. like a 32t or a 28t see what happens.
This was a gopro hero10 black in 1080p 120fps. So I hope sound and such comes out better in this video. For what ever the reason older go pro seems to pick up sound better then my new one.

The funny part is no one even thinks this bike exists. That it's just a though or want to build item. When it's actually here now running 😂. In 3 years from now the Chinese will copy this build to probably in a kit.

I remember hearing for years that there was no performance upgrade path for the little 49cc/53cc Huasheng motor. You proved all of them wrong with this very impressive build!

Glad that they finally made a smaller turbo that could work with a 53cc. Been a big fan of the 49/53cc 4 stroke over the 2 stroke kits. Cant' wait until this becomes more affordable instead of 200+ dollars. Nice work on the build, would love to see a stat sheet.

My 139cc CVT would kill everyone on that track in every division. 0 to 60 in 15 seconds. None of those CNC little minarellis or piaggos can even come close to it. I buried a guy on 125cc pit bike month back having fun with group friends 😆

@@kevinclear4007 I ended up being wrong. It is in fact oil cooled and the seller's information was not correct. 10m x1.0 thread and a 18m x1.5 thread bottom. If they are same size in and out it's water cooled. If out is bigger it's oil cooled. I learned this as well along the way building it 😉✌️

Yeah it has a 7psi boost. That's huge for a tiny engine. 10k rpm range

Another awesome project/video. I have been watching/studying the MS460 builds which are great. I am preparing to jump in and build one. I'm finding it difficult purchasing a 38 mm stroke crank. I see plenty of cranks but they don't list the specs and don't want to buy the wrong crank. Anyone know a good source to purchase?

Ms460 is a great fun build. Yd100 bottom half is the way to go!

The one piece cylinder motors that say 2021 f80 fly horse have 38 cranks every time. I know because I put a 40stroke with one base gasket and piston taps the dome

Not even sure going to build another after this build. Many went crazy out of their mind full rage keyboard warrior style over this build. Motorized bicycle community seems to have clicks of loonies. 😆. Many are awesome peeps but damn.

I don't really know for sure. I know it can spin up at 32t sprocket from dead stop all on its own with no pedal assistance. Haven't tried a 28t yet

Oh you should see all comments I just delete of pure rage. The motorized bicycle community is really f'n odd. I never get haters on my go-kart channel I do with a friend. Kinda considering not even doing bike builds anymore because of it.
