Careful with the cables. There's no need to bend them out of the way in general :)

Ok so I've got a moto e 7 phone and screens shattered big-time so I took off the back and the battery is right there .idk if there's any cables at all yet but didn't need to take off front screen to get to battery (I just took it out the battery) Took out the sim card as well . So what do I need to take off to get the mother board?I'm replacing the front screen nothing else

IT IS UNECCESSARY to pop out the fingerprint sensor from the back cover. Once the cover is removed, the cable can simply be unplugged. DUH ! IT IS UNECCESSARY to remove the SIM tray. Once the battery is removed the screen can easily be replaced with the SIM tray in place. The screen can be removed from the phone while keeping the frame STILL ATTACHED to the body of the phone (with just a little care).
