@@3goodtimes3 Well if you want a less sweet one, don't try the mole from Puebla(Even though I'd argue is the best mole)go for the Oaxacan(Black) or Guerrero(Dark Red) style, which tend to be spicy or mild.

If only more people were exposed to real authentic Mexican, Mexican food wouldn't be confused with Taco Bell. My Family is from the state of Michoacan and I approve of the food.
