This one is a good warm up routine.... Ellie can you please do a full routine on the 5 elements.... including all 5 animals in one workout please, pretty please 😉. That's what I really want to focus on right now.

Thank you very much. Half way through I just started moving intuitively following my own sequences including using a foam-roller and doing some ear massage and lymph drainage. Had a sad energy around me for most of the day. During the movements in the beginning I started yawning and my eyes were watering. Thank you for being a guide to me today.
