Im recovering from a minor muscle strain and was so pleasantly surprised how this slow flow turned into a heavy breather at the end. It helped me feel safe in my body to explore more difficult movements to finish. Very grateful!

Thanks for the great videos! I only have one small point of critique: The volume in your videos is always pretty low, so when I watch them on my laptop I have to put everything on 100% and it's still rather quiet
