Dear Nicole, I cannot thank you enough for your work! I've been exercising with you for 5 months every day, and the positive changes go beyond improving my figure - I feel better inside, gradually letting go of unhealthy thoughts and habits and developing new, beneficial ones. My family can certainly see the difference in me, and experience the benefits themselves - I am now a healthy and happy mom and wife instead of a grumpy and moody one! :D :D :D So you made a whole family happier, that's for sure! On top of all, practice with Nicole is the only thing in my schedule that family actually lets me get on with uninterrupted (which does not apply even to bathroom breaks - kids storm in to show me some cool video game / new Barbie haircut etc). Haha I know what you mean about this workout being one of the only feasible ones! I love its versatility around our crazy mom lives and the ability to pause the video if necessary! This class was tough! I made it 22 min in and had to take a break. I’ll pick up the remainder this evening. This might be my new flow to increase strength as some of these positions were challenging due to my lack of arm strength lol! Thanks Nicole 🙏🏾

I love the way Nicole’s workouts feel like a reward for my body. The little relaxing warm up, the stretch at the end, it feels so beneficial, like a Pilates and yoga workout all in one. ❤

Does anybody know that when doing the hands and knees exercises, im feeling it in my leg that’s not moving and that’s on the floor way more than the leg that I’m moving, is that normal? Does that mean I’m doing it wrong? I can’t figure out why I never feel it in my leg I’m moving and only the one that’s on the floor

The leg that is extended, stretch it as straight as it can go and shoot energy right out through the toes. But yes, You absolutely are working the leg that is bent on the ground in a different way so yes you should feel it! It’s holding your body and alignment. Make sure your torso isn’t arching at all when that leg is going up and down. Torso should be locked in place, this is key to feeling that leg/booty. Pilates is all about technique and form: straight and in alignment is better than high up or going fast. Try not to jiggle around, pretend a picture is being taken of you in every sequence and that helps! Hope this was helpful!! ❤

Hello Nicole! Im new to your channel and been doing your beginner pilates for about a week now but for reasons I cant fathom, from all the workout videos that Ive followed (for over 4 years now) yours is the only one that sticked and I cannot wait each night to wakeup the next day and do it again. Nicole, I’m gonna be honest with you. I’m a 21 years old brazilian woman, that was always obsessed with my body and since I was a teenager I was working out at home or at the gym. but I never had a healthy diet, always preferred to eat fast food and hated vegetables. I’ve always wanted to eat healthier, but were never able to. I have a skinny but thick body shape, which means I wasn’t happy with my body, always wanted to have that perfect shaped and toned abs. doing pilates with you changed my life, honestly. I never liked pilates, always thought it was the workout for old people (how wrong I was). but now I don’t even like lifting weights anymore, I’m not obsessed with how I look. although I don’t have that perfect toned body, I’m happy with my own. I also started to eat healthier and I’m so happy! every weekend I’d eat a burger or a pizza hut, but now I don’t even feel that crazy anxiety to eat fast food. last sunday, instead of going for a burger, I decided to go for a healthy snack. for some that might seem stupid, but for me that was a huge improvement! that made me feel so good! now I feel so much better mentally and physically! thank you so much! I love your videos and please never stop doing them!❤️

Wow, I did not expect to finish this video! I was feeling really lethargic and overall not good physically, and just told myself i'd start and do what I can. All of a sudden we're at the end and while I still feel tired, I am feeling a bit better, and now more ready to shower up and get some rest. Thankyou for this! PS, could you do a video with minimal pressure on hands and wrists? I have an issue with my thumb muscle and it hurts really bad with just a few moments of pressure. Thank you Nicole! :)

Nicole, I wanted to greatly appreciate all of your hard qork and effort towards this channel. When I first did a class of yours I was about 17. I remember I was so skinny and fragile, then I stopped because I was going through a rough time in life, I gained over 10 kilos and I was so sad. Now that I am 20, one day I decided I was going to do one of your 10 minutes workout. It felt so nice I just couldn't stop. After almost 2 months of consistently moving and traingin with you, I am strong enough now, that I decided I was going to begin calisthenics. You gave me the courage to do it and to not give up. Omg, this was absolutely AMAZING! One of my new faves, even though it's hard af lol :D My glutes and legs/thighs really burned, especially during the exercises on all fours and the standing/curtsy ones. My abs were on FIRE during/after the abs series, and were super engaged throughout the workout. THANK YOU, NICOLE!

blessed nicole, your KZbin videos have played such an important role in my journey to a healthy weight loss !! last year I was at an unhealthy low weight and also eating "unhealthily". I gained all my weight back after a stressful period and now I'm slowly changing my habits. pilates became my best friend because it is not as intense as cardio and the breath pattern you create for each video makes the exercises so relaxing, despite intense. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome combos and the personalized sessions, considering that every video of yours is unique. this makes it all super fun, my body is toned and strong and I already lost 5 kilos without restricting any food. I'm at my happiest, pilates changed my relationship with my body and now I don't even care about belly rolls or any other insecurity created by unrealistic beauty standards. you are a goddess and I wish you heaps of great things in your life. also, you have crazy strength, muscles of steel and all. this workout specifically almost kills me and I love it. ❤

Great workout Nicole. I’ve been doing your workouts for 4 years now and you are still my favourite. Your instruction is so clear, the workouts flow smoothly like melted chocolate and I like the more challenging combos. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Words can’t express how I absolutely adore @movewithnicole 🧡 her videos have completely changed my body and mind. The past 3 years I’ve been working out faithfully almost every week with Nicole. I’ve become so much more mindful, intentional, and patient with my workouts and the effects of that have rippled through all aspects of my life. These videos remind me to be intentional about taking time for myself, to be mindful about how I workout and to be patient with my body.

hi! does anyone else have issues with their hips doing pilates? i consider myself flexible and I am young, but this video destroyed my hips. i felt like they hurt too much to do the exercises. does this happen to anyone else? i gotta be doing something wrong right?

This one killed me 😭🤣 but Nicole's voice is so soothing i just had to keep pushing. I felt that in some of the exercises I was pushing myself even more 🥺 I feel good today thank tou ❤️🙏
