Hey Nicole. I wanna let you know that your workouts have helped so much! I have been doing your workouts on and off from struggling to perform to being able to hold the moves! I have really been sticking to your workouts the last two months! I have struggled to go back to pre preg body, tons of cardio and weights(which actually did damage to my body) till today its been two and a half months i feel stronger than ever and my physique has changed so much which im very happy with! I have only lost about two pounds but everyone says i keep getting leaner and leaner!’!! its crazy that i fall in love with pilates when everyone else is crazy about weights! I had been following your weekly plans for the whole last year and you really did grow on me but since I'm pregnant now I was so unsure of doing your weekly plans because they involve of course all the exercises for straight abs that I'm not allowed to do anymore while pregnant. So I tried and wanted to find another pilates teacher that is focused on pregnancy-safe routines but I couldn't get used to anyone else. I was missing you and your workouts so much and so I came back today and did this new workout (because it didn't say abs in the title 😁) and I was just so happy to be back. End of the story: I will still be doing your workouts, just have to be more selective. Thank you so much and I appreciate everything that you do even more now. 🌺

This was such a good workout, Nicole! I do have an ask though, would it be possible to have a thigh & booty workout like this, but without having to go on the sides of our hips? I have wide hips and even when I put a blanket underneath, it can get quite painful. So my form sort of deteriorates while doing the movements. I see a lot of pilates classes with these movements so I'm wondering if there are alternative ways to do those movements. Anyway, I appreciate what you do! Thank you ❤
