Barry , you can freeze all that extra dough , just divide it into sizes you want , wrap in plastic wrap , place in a freezer bag and store it in your freezer , when you want to use it , just set the amount you want to use in a baking dish , cover with an oiled piece of plastic wrap and place it in a mid warm room to defrost and proof again then cook ! fantastic ! i have five loafs of bread in my freezer that have been there for almost a year ( we dont eat much bread ) and whenever i want to make bread i pull one loaf out overnight in my fridge then cook it the next morning .

Barry, I hate to correct you, but the center of the bundt tin is called a chimney. Fluting refers to the bends in the outside of the tin. Although done for decoration in a bundt cake, this was done on plate armor not only for decoration, but also to help dissipate force from incoming attacks and to strengthen the metal.
@julietait46442 жыл бұрын
Someone has probably already said, but the flute is not the structure in the middle, it is the wavy outer edge. Looks amazing!!!
@Dephective12 жыл бұрын
The flute isn't the column in the centre it's the ridges (flutes) around the edges FYI. Cheers Barry for another great entertaining video.

Little note: if you bake bread you should not open the oven in between, ad lleast not for that long (longer than a quick view) the oven looses to much heat and your bread might colaps. If you put a bit of water in the oven it will get a nice crust.
