A little advice - don't put things, especially small things, in the middle of the microwave, always put them off-center if it is possible. The intersection of the micro _waves_ creates an uneven field with "hot" and "cold" areas inside. That's why the spinning plate is necessary, it tries to make exposure even by moving things around. But in the center it has no effect.

So a neat little trick our family does when making rice crispy squares is buttering the spatula we use to mix the mallow and cereal mixture, it keeps the mixture from sticking to the implement for the most part.

You might want to try mixing the rice crispy treats in a bigger bowl, then scoop into the mug. Also when made here in the U.S., we use marshmallow fluff to make the treats.

I wonder what would happen if you added half of a blended egg to the cheesecake one & a little extra cream cheese. A suggestion I found online was using the yolk & just a little bit of the white. The white is what causes the eggy flavor. Perhaps you could whip the white until stiff & then only use a small amount so you still get the airy rise you need but not so much flavor.

One of the few things I actually cook is layered pasta. Cook pasta shapes. Get butter. Get pepper. Get grated cheese. Fill a large soup mug with a layer of pasta, grind pepper, add butter, add grated cheese, repeat. When finished, microwave it so that it stays hot and the cheese melts in. Could probably use alternatives to cheese like chopped tomatoes and garlic, tuna, or chickpeas. I thought I'd invented this because it's not from a book, but apparently real Italians do pasta with just a couple of ingredients like this (pasta e ceci is pasta and chickpeas). If you want to do smaller amounts use the really dainty pasta shapes.

Mrs. B The next time Barry asks you to work with candied sugar sticky items (Marshmallow, gummies, etc.) Tell him he needs to get you a non stick spray, or a butter spray for your utensils (like the spoon or spatula) and then just COAT THEM like... liberally coat them in the oil or butter then use with the sticky things.

If you weigh up just how many eggs is required for a baked cheesecake, then you will realise that 1 whole egg for a mug recipe is way too much, hence the eggy taste. I would beat the egg up and try putting in a tablespoon or 1/4 of the egg volume and see how that works out. A bit of trial an error until you get it spot on unfortunately. Great family interaction video.
