Also, my mother ate peanuts when she was pregnant with me and got really sick. She also ate nuts while she was breastfeeding me, and I became sick as an infant. @@octoberaurora9223 this is for acidity - put coriander seeds in water overnight and have the water in the morning on an empty stomach. If this is too time taking just take fennel and sugar candy (I think this is the word) and chew them after every meal. Idk if you can find sugar candy in other countries but if you can't I have another remedy for acidity - just have half a spoon of carom seed (also called bishop's weed, and ajowan caraway) when you feel you have gastric problems. Will reduce acidity within minutes
