What would be the reason for shooting a .45 caliber over a .357 if the bullet weights were the same and the velocity the same?

@@Kurtdog63 .45 cal goes from .452-.457 in diameter and a .35 cal goes from .355 - .358 in diameter. So a .35/.357 has a limit on how heavy it can be compared to a .45 my best guess.

Thanks really appreciate your work on this AEA HP Max (same as I have and with a 2 x 10.5 inches EMPEROR v3 DonnyFL on it's way). This is my first PCP so it's going to be my pride and joy for a very long time I hope. Just got a box of NSA 240 gr HP-DB, 45 Cal (.457), 196 gr HP-DB 45 Cal (.457) and Lucky Seven .457 200gr Maxi Velocity for testing. Next I'll be contacting you for your 155 gr 45 Cal (.457) and maybe the 125 gr as well.

I live in N.C. where there are no caliber restrictions on whitetail deer hunting and I'm looking a air rifle that can accurately & consistently shoot 100-200 yards and take head and neck shots on deer ... what caliber & brand rifle would u recommend for that range that has the fps & enough KE/ FPE to penetrate a deer skull at that range ???

I notice the bolt is on the right side , makes no sense since you'll be squeezing trigger with your right , flaw purposely made so you are not able to fire faster
