Great tips overall. Just finished my 2nd Spartan race. Got smoked on some of the monkey bar obstacles. Looking to hang out and implement this kind of stuff in my life. Thanks for putting this content out there!

@@rikkineticYeah Actually because for example if somebody is an heavy job worker like an construction worker it would make the job easier and maybe more fun because it wont require as much effort as it requires for people with less grip strength and not only that because the vehicle engineers and modifiers and stuff also use grip strength on certain actions and sometimes it is needed on officers and firefighters so actually when we think like that it is actually very needed and did you know that chimpanzee grip strength is about 190 200 kg on weak or normal ones while it can reach 330 kg on the strong ones!! Big Numbers!!

5:20 I love this unusual view of the single beam monkey bar! Cant wait to go exercise when the sun rises. Let's use the last sunny days of summer! :)

Amazing video. I have a few questions. Are you likely to do a QnA?

Hi Ryan About this video specifically? Or general stuff? I could probably answer some questions here but I have done a question and answer video a few years back! Could look to do a new one

@rikkinetic general. Would be interested in a video about tips or a workout for beginners for everything you do

Once again a great video. I wish we had parks with the type of monkey bars that you have here in Ontario, Canada.

Thank you John! Yeah from what I can tell it seems Europe seems to be benefitting more than you lot on the other side of the Atlantic 🤷🏼♂️
