This is also true in spiritual settings like church/mosque/temple. It is heinous!!! The jealousy spirit is alive and well among women. As a feminine woman, inside and out, I have no lady friends at church. They act like I don't exist. Yet all the masculine men in church show me so much appreciation. I wonder why? 😂 And honestly it's not even sexual, no one has ever asked me out. But they treat me like a princess. I was shocked and saddened by this dynamic initially. Now, I truly embrace my level up and have learned to enjoy my own company. Excellent reminder video Chloe! You blessed me so much! Tsunami blessings to you and yours. 🥰

This has come at the perfect time. Where I am at right now, I am dealing with the reality of being a threat in most places and it has been quite uncomfortable for me to deal with women who are threatened by me. I recently got a part-time job as a delivery person taking goods to a certain organization every weekday, and the lady that I report to (let's call her Adani) seems to be threatened by me. I have had confirmations through her demeanors towards me compared to how she handles the lady that I work for (who also happens to be my big sister). Adani is literally short and round and has a moustache, and I am modelesque and pretty, and my sister agrees that Adani is insecure about her body hence her demeanor towards me. It has been hard dealing with her because it is super uncomfortable, and in as much as I would love to stand up for myself against her classist, insecure and racially-motivated (she's of Indian decent) demeanors, I cannot risk my sister's job (and by extension, my own). I am now letting myself develop a backbone because this isn't my first time experiencing this - I experienced a similar experience during my mandatory attachment for my coursework last year, and my current dentist also gives off this kind of energy. I also realized that I was a target when younger because I am pretty, and I had no idea. It's tiring. I have been watching Chloe_ for two years now, and I am aware of what is happening and why. I look forward to the day where being attacked for being a threat will leave me unfazed. I try to not let the women who find me threatening see me sweat or look sad because of that. In fact, I ensure that I look extra pretty to make Adani choke if that's what she wants to do. Lastly, I relate to and like Tyla more than I used to after I realized that both of us were being attacked for being threats. It might be hard but on second thought, I love being the full package and I understand that this is the price that I have to pay. Thanks for talking about this, Chloe_❤. You've been of great help to me and I appreciate you.

She’s a small petite girl with confidence and class, and not the same stereotype of the bbl, ghetto, stripper exterior. Sexy red got a lot of hate for having the stripper ghetto brand, but now people hate Tyla for being confident, classy and sassy? Then what can win? Because we complain black women and girls aren’t a monolith. But once you see someone who isn’t the norm or a little different there’s problems.
