i can see this man has a passion for this kind of work and is sincere, not many like him most just want to give you 15 minutes take your money and keep you booked in fir months , I have lots of experience as I've suffered from theses issues and the way this man addresses them is the solution for a fix in the shortest period of time, salute to you sir from Birmingham uk

I just experienced an amazing massage of my piriform muscle this week. I didn't even know it existed and BANG BING BONG my glute feels great. Find a trained professional and get it down, people!!! Love this video!!!

You could probably do with surgery then David. If fixed me after 6 years sciatica pain in my glutes, hamstrings and calfs

Hi David: Sometimes surgery is the best option if you have tried conventional therapy (manual therapy and exercise) for several months. I would get an opinion from a surgeon to see what they suggest. Cheers

Can this cause issues for abdominal muscles on the same side as the sore glutes?

It could, but not in ever case.

Is the pain due to inflammation?? Overworked muscle?? I believe I have this problem from stomping my right leg when I was laying sod. Must of stomped 500 times that day. It's been 4 weeks since this happened. I do ice but have not rested which I assume is why I am still in pain. Should I get a massage? I do have a therocane. Will that help? Thanks for the help and guidance on this

I have really bad cramping in my right glute when sitting, and now my right hip/lower back is killing me. I try to stretch, but it feels like the glute will not relax, it is just holding on. Got any tips that I can do at home?

What if I I just sprained over overworked this muscle so there is an inflamed welt and it really hurts to sit on it or squat, is it too early to have someone do this to me while it’s inflamed?

Hi Del Boca Vista: The type of procedures we would use would vary greatly depending on the stage of injury acute, or chronic. It is very common for us to work on acute injuries, which does speed the recovery substantially. Cheers!

Generally the muscle to be released should be lax eg in this g max does extension , so todo release it should be in flexion??

There are so many different ways to release the G Max. Some of our procedures are done in extension without any trunk rotation. Thanks for the comment! Cheers
