Ingredients needed:
Kebab:
Rolled pork shoulder (2-3kg)
Garlic
Onion Salt
Italian herbs
Ground cumin
Salt
Peper
Paprika
Tsatsiki:
1 cucumber
500ml Greek yogurt
Salt + pepper
Garlic
Dill
On the side:
Sweet potato
Red onion
Red + Green pepper
Whole garlic cloves
Lettuce & tomato on the side. Enjoy!
