Nice work! Vacuum cleaners and spray adhesive seem to be popular weapons against wasps lol. I heard an exterminator say poisons aren't very effective against insects because they just become more resilient... This is why diatomaceous earth is used against so many bugs. It basically cuts through their exoskeleton and dries them out.

I'm really wanting to try the spray adhesive. Thank looks so satisfying to get rid of those pesky suckers. The expanding spray foam looks cool, too.

I recommend that you get yourself a can or two of foaming bug spray. The stuff is pretty effective, I used it to kill an underground nest just the other day.

I tried a couple of different cans of foaming bug spray. It did kill one nest, but it didn't do much on the other one. It's really gotta get up in that nest. I'll try another brand or two to see if I get better results

I sprayed a ground hornet nest on our trails last week with some wasp spray after dark. Two days later I came back and they actually look more active than before.

Yep, it really has to get up in there for it to be effective. I firmly believe the studied the art of plumbing and design their entrances like a P-trap

They can't find their way out and end up dead after a couple of days. Just don't open it right away, or you will get stung. ☹️
