Tomer, your Niv went back to the Command Zone @ 28:45 because the default setting on MtGO is "Command Zone instead of Library". You have to change it manually before letting the Aether Gust resolve. But then yes, if you shuffle your library while it's in it, you don't get to choose to put it back in the Command Zone but you get a lil window popping up to show you that the Commander is in your library (so you can change its settings if you want when you get priority). I learned this the hard way with Volrath's Stronghold :/

This was a great game. I know Tomer & crew have been trying to keep the video length down but this is an example of a longer video that is entertaining the whole way through. Tomer's perspective was great for this since he was basically playing archenemy for most of the game.

To be honest, you don't need curiosity if you have lost vale, freed from the real and fatestitcher and niv draco genius out - that's infinite too. Works with vizier of tumbling sands too instead of fatestitcher, I believe.

@@LunaLasceria you forgot the part where you add in curiosity to have infinite card draw. It was the first card in my example (it is part of the FIVE card combo I use as an example). Why do you think richard was running it? Is there another purpose to curiosity being in the deck? It was so he could draw his entire deck whilst killing people one damage at a time. Tomer clearly states that curiosity combo's and all its iteratives are banned in the two minutes of the video. I reduced that down to "curiosity combo is banned" for brevity. Apologies that you don't get that.

I'd actually rate dracogenius below firemind. It's way easier to wheel and use that to ping down a board than it is to keep paying the mana to ping and then draw cards from it. Parun is arguably a strictly better firemind, other than the slightly more restrictive mana cost, and reborn is 5 color gold pair matters goodstuff, so it's a little hard to rate it compared to the other 3 since it's doing something very different.

I just had an idea for analytics when you guys do your next summary. Instead of doing just a "number of times played" counter to figure out what should get banned, you should also look at cards based on their possibility of being played. If say every time anyone played green they played a sylvan library, but collectively you guys only played green 10 times or something, it has a 100% play rate. If every time someone plays boros colors they play boros charm, boros charm should get banned.

Tomer’s screen quality/resolution was really bad this episode. I couldn’t even read which turn it was during the game. I could only recognize cards by art. :( EDIT: tried upping the quality to 1080 and it did get better, but still weirdly difficult. I could read just ok a few episodes ago with 480 or 720p quality
