Sir aapki baat par mujhe hamesha wishwas raha hai kyunki aap pehle ke bodybuilder hai jab supplements India mein tha bhi nahi main baccha tha tab bhi yaad hai ki around 1997 ek gym tha jaha aap ki tarah kayi bodybuilders aaya karte they aaj jab unse malumat kiya toh unhone bhi yahi bataya ki unmein zyadatar chicken eggs aur ghar ka khaana khaaya karte they meri aapse ek sawala hai ki main bahut patla hoo mujhe muscle gain karna hai main homr workout karta hun with different level of resistance bands toh kya sirf 100gm soyabean aur 3 eggs kaafi hoga baaki protein source mein daal chawal sabzi banti hai aur raat ko ek glass doodh leta hoo main 28 saal ka hoo aur wajan lagbhag 54 kg hai pls sir jawab zarur dijiyega it's a humble request
