Inspiring video. However.. be careful with loading heavily with weights. You don't want to injury any muscle or dislocation your shoulders. I noticed my shoulders hurts sometimes if i used heavy dumbbells. I don't do squats anymore i do leg machine press in a Way where thighs are the focus. Also i got stronger recently i lifting heavier a bit
