Exercises:
Leg Extensions: 3 Sets of 10-12 Repetitions
Leg Press: 3-4 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Squats: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Lunges: 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions (each leg)
Leg Curl: 3 Sets of 12 Repetitions
Standing Calf Raises: 3 Sets of 20-25 Repetitions
