This video explains the exercises for Day 4 (Legs Workout) along with required number of sets and repetition. Day 4 is the last day of muscle building workout series.
Day 1, 2 and Day 3 videos are already there on the channel. Do watch the entire series to know the workout pattern, off days and all other required details.
Also, make sure to keep your nutrition right so that your workout can produce the desired results.
Exercises:
Leg Extensions: 3 Sets of 10-12 Repetitions
Leg Press: 3-4 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Squats: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Lunges: 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions (each leg)
Leg Curl: 3 Sets of 12 Repetitions
Standing Calf Raises: 3 Sets of 20-25 Repetitions

Mother of all exercisses.. lol absolutely true.. i would love to follow your routine but i do 15+10 sets on each day in split.. as i need to focus on both body parts each day.. love the small details you put there.. and you are the only youtuber with ifbb pro knowledge and body. Sir please make a video on HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT? only by using natural foods like chicken, egg, milk, vegi.,fruits and please sir suggest a good timing for consuming these foods.
