It’s crazy that now a days these staple exercises are proven to be sub optimal. Even the lat pulldown is considered to be a upper scapula exercise and not the best way to stimulate the lats

Mehdi Bosta it's a must if you want a wide back. If you want it to be thick and wide then go as heavy as you can on that exercise for 6-12 reps

Teen Bodybuilders - years from from now you may realize that most of these guys are huge more so because of their drug use and genetics rather than exercise knowledge. Also, if they knew so much then why do most of the competitors today have coaches? They didn't have coaches back in the day. And bodybuilders are known for injuries. That is largely because they use poor form when lifting.

So huge and he's like most other guys I see and he just can't contract back muscles properly in the landmine rows. Its mostly just arms for him since he wants to do heavy weights. Swallow your pride and lighten it and use smaller weights for ROM. Squeeze your damn back! He wouldn't do mostly arms on the seated D handle row so why does he and so many others do landmine version poorly?? So annoying
