I love these workouts, they are so chill and I try to do them after I workout and whenever I can. It's awesome. I didn't measure my before though so that sucks.

@@mikelolot8782 I started doing muscle watching's thigh gap exercises with Natsuki last January...I am a chubby girl',Tbh it wasn't easy for me(spreading my legs to the best I can)...The next day my legs were sore and took me 3 days to get going again with the exercices....But it gets easier by the days and I was able to perform the exercises and so far have seen results...My thighs got thinner and stronger'unfortunately I did not measure myself on the first day(had I knew that someone would ask for updates I should'have)😁...But surely the results are obvious'...Its better if you do stretchings before doing any kind of exercise...Goodluck'

@@jennifervillafuerte4125 más que días son meses! Ellos por genética son de complexión delgada por eso es fácil que reduzcan medidas rápido en los muslos. Pero igual sus vídeos son buenos, Yo los combino con rutinas HIIT y he visto buenos resultados. No es por desanimar pero al menos debe pasar un mes donde hagas ejercicio por lo menos 4 días a la semana para que comiences a ver resultados.

Heba Allam i mixed it with chloe ting’s abs program..coz my goal is an abs..not just flat belly tho..:)...but if ur goal is only a flat belly..this workout is for u.this workout will gv u slow results but it still burns calories..
Im starting this now for two weeks Right leg: 53cm Left leg: 54cm Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ i realized doing this in bed is more comfortable & wipers are easier, you can go more to your side Day 5✅it gets easier day by day, now i nearly didn’t take any breaks Day 6✅ Day 7✅i feel like i built muscle i hope i didn't (i did it twice) Day 8✅ Day 9 my dad walked into the room so i stopped and i couldn't continue I lost 0.5 cm both of my legs after 8 days but no visible change

I started to do this yesterday and decided to update the every for anyone who needs it: (このトレーニグ昨日始めました。毎日、このコメントをアップデートにします。誰かこれを必要とするかもしれません。皆さん一緒に頑張りましょう!) Left: Thigh: 47.5 cm, Leg: 31.5 cm Right: Thigh: 47.5 cm, Leg: 31.5 cm Day 1: this is so hard, my legs are burning and I can't finish this without taking a break between set. Day 2: It gets even worse. My legs just don't listen to me and I struggle for 15 minutes to finish this, but I DID it, I did not give up, hope you guys too. Hope that tomorrow will be better. Day 3: Done Day 4: Done. I still struggle, it is still so hard. Day 5: Done. It gets easier, but still, so hard. Day 6: Done Day 7: Done So I have done this for a week now and I checked my measurements, both my thighs are 47 cm, only down 0.5 cm, my legs are the same. I'm gonna keep doing this for an other week to see the result. Fighting!! Day 8: Done I keep on doing this, skipped 3-4 days. And the result is not as drastic as I expected, my both Thigh is 46cm now, and my leg is the same. But now I can finish this whole video without any break so I gonna keep on doing this before bedtime.
