I'll start with wide squats.
Today, we are having Natsuki. She succeeded in losing weight dramatically by workout. And we have her to demonstrate what she did in this video.

Were you doing wide squats a lot back then?
Yeah, I did.
But I wasn't really good at doing this.
I didn't do this frequently because I was afraid of my thigh gets bigger.
But I found out it is good.
It's very effective on your inner thigh.
That's right.
Now, the second workout.
Were you able to do wide squats or side squats well when you were a beginner?
No, I wasn't.
I was thinking I am not allowed to stick my hip out like this back then.
I was doing this by just crouching down.
Well, there are many types of squats,
I guess you can do whichever you like.
But if you want to have your legs thinner, you want to do it efficiently.
Even now, my knees can go wider than my toes if I'm not careful.
Next, shoulder blade.
On Instagram, people ask me what kind of training I am doing. But I only do with my own weight.
Maybe I am good at training around my shoulders so I tend to do so. And now I am like this. Haha.
As for that, your posture and bone structure effect too.
I do tend to train my arms and shoulders.
Side angles might be the best to understand the movement.
After all, working out is, of course, effective to get like this but when I was thinner than now I did massage a lot.
Even just by pinching your arms,
Maybe you would say "Just by pinching??" If you do that every day, that makes a huge difference.
Yeah when you just work out, muscles are build up.

Well, when I work out alone, I smile or mumble to myself too.
I might hate training if I feel it's tough.
It's just like deceiving my brain to believe training is fun.

It's much harder than practice because I did all the training before this.
Training with one leg takes effect afterward.
On top of that, you use one of the legs each, so it makes you so tired.
Try not to stop breathing.

I do tend to get muscular without knowing.

In my case, I guess my lower body and abs are not strong enough.
When I saw this training I thought it looks easy and light, actually it is hard.
Each movement is actually not hard but when you do these in a row for 10 minutes, it is hard.
Yeah, right.
At first, when I started training I felt hard because of being new at this,
But now, the more you get muscle, the more you get difficulty in doing this.
What should I say, I feel heavier.
You'll get better at using your muscles with concentration.
I tried legs split the other day it was so tough.

How do you give lessons online?
In my case, I make the most of my experiences of losing my weight after giving birth,
I give classes to mostly women who are trying to lose weight after delivery,
or to people who are not after delivery too.
People who are taking my lessons would rather try to find a better way in their lifestyle and lose their weight than forcing themselves a strict training or diet program.
also, as an online group, we are trying to get a better relationship with people around us and a better life.
