Crying is not because of his weakness, can't you see whites there in the meeting whenever he is talking, why are they there? they are one big reason for peoples suffering because they make sure their interests first, the president knows that but he has little power to confront Europeans as Russia has been silent. But now on Africa is along side Russia -china for development. Well ideas need power to put them in practice so you can see results

Some people in Uganda do not want to work either to study even when their is free education u can't blame that on the president. Can u imagine people come from all over the world to study in Ug🇺🇬 some Ugandans won't!!! They jst don't want! I also realized that for the Ugandan Citizens they hav an advantage of discounts on tuition but the ones not citizen do not have the opportunity so if it's a Ugandan complaining you really have a problem.
