I find this song very poetic. I have taken it to heart that every day is a brand new day, because it's actually a true statement. What happened yesterday is in the past and you get to start anew the next day.

7:27 Reaction start Welcome to BabyMetal Galaxy era.🦊🤘🔥 Metal Galaxy is a wonderful album and full of surprises, you're gonna find many more like this with more mature sound, it came out in 2019 so isn't so new but is one of the songs with more mature sound. Like you already know, this song got the collaboration of Polyphia guitarists, Tim Henson and Scott LePage but only in the solo section, the rest isn't by them. Polyphia got a viral clip when they were performing live and having an issue with the drummer IEM not working and a roadie help him out in an unorthodox way to save the show, very funny clip. Tim Henson also said when listening to this song that he would love to play this along with BabyMetal on the stage, he didn't know the final cut when he was doing the riffs on this song. The dance on this song is beautiful and graceful, they're showing another mature side and more complicated choreography. According to MoaMetal is the hardest song to dance along with BxMxC and Night Night Burn iirc. Song is inspired by certain "City Pop" band and Utada Hikaru songs, when SuMetal heard this she doubt about this being a metal song but then the guitars solo were added and all make senses suddenly. This is a live edit of 10 BabyMetal Budokan 2021, the girls love the 2021 version, you can appreciate the dance choreo a lot more rather than only silhouettes in the Legend Metal Galaxy 2020 version, good job finding info about the venue. Don't worry about the guide if it's so much trouble for you, only do it if you're really interested in your own time. Keep enjoying BM songs and see you next time 🦊🤘🔥

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Brand New Day is a suitable song for fresh start of your day. this has been so far performed only 3 times on stage. Very fortunately I witnessed all of them. Please say "Lucky you!" ヽ(^o^)丿 Two times were performed on Day-7 & 8 of 10 BABYMETAL BUDOKAN concerts in 2021. Kami Band's play referring to Polyphia's work was caress to ears. Su's voice had celestial beauty and dance moves by Moa & Momoko were elegant. I would like new BM to perform this song again.

Babymetal is all about the positivity! The Fox God dropped them into my life when I needed them. They helped me through a rough spot in my life and now my wallet belongs to them, lol. I am a Plus 1 on the Babymetal documentary. I have seen it many times now but, I will never not watch it. Keep up the great work!

Love this song, the message of positivity in the lyrics helped me out during some not so good times. When Su says "everything's going to be ok, alright." It's easy to believe her. If your days is raining, just stop take a break, tomorrow's going to be a brand new day. 🤘🦊🤘

👍 👍 One of my top 5 BabyMetal songs. And this performance at Budokam is great. Suzuka ‘s vocal talent is always astounding as she can do pretty much any genre. Moa is always elegant and enchanting with her choreography and backup vocals. Nailing other genres: Bollywood - Shanti Shanti Shanti LIVE Metal/Rock Fusion - Syncopation LIVE Jazz/Rock - Kagerou LIVE with Kami Band intro Rap - BxMxC LIVE Ballad - Shine LIVE Latin Fusion - Night Night Burn LIVE Prog Rock - Tales of the Destinies LIVE Pop/Jazz - Elevator Girl LIVE (Japanese version) Ska - Yava LIVE with Kami Band intro Until next time.

Great comment !!! I know the name is Baby Metal and their main focus is metal, but they really can be called a multi-genre group. Brand New Day is one of my favorites, along with Night Night Burn (I am a BIG Latin music fan going back to the early 1960's with Ray Barreto, Mongo Santamaria and Tito Puente. I spent many nights in all the small clubs and bars in Sunset Park in Brooklyn where every place had live music every night.), the Legend 1997 Headbanger, the classic Road of Resistance Live in and Shanti Shanti Shanti, which was very well received by Indian music and dance reactors for both the song and the choreography.

They were the youngest band to play Budokan back in the day...lol...This is my favorite song off of this album...Mostly because Su`s vocals are INCREDIBLE and the music is designed in a way to let the vocals breathe.

Early on they appeared with Dragonforce at Download in the UK. Since then I think F. Hero is the only collaborating artist they have actually performed with live. They brought him to Japan for the live premiere of Pa-Pa-Ya and he recently appeared again when they were in his hometown of Bangkok. Pretty much everyone else sent a recording to be mixed into the studio recording. When they perform this song live it is played by the Kami band or the Western band.

Great reaction guys, This was filmed during nights 7 and 8 of the 10 Budokan shows the played for their 10-year anniversary. Those nights they played BxMxC one of their heavier songs and then Brand New day one of their most pop-oriented songs, it's wild the variety of what you get to see and hear at a Babymetal show. I suggest for your next song BABYMETAL - BxMxC Budokan 2021 it's on the same fan channel. Yes to a reaction of guide by CrypticMisery you can split it up as much or as little as you need. 🤘🦊🤘

@martinmetal7481 Exactly. Suzuka’s voice is just one of a kind and Moa enchanting as always with that come hither look and those angelic backup vocals. Also I don’t know many female vocalists who can reach the notes and remain stable while dancing and moving like Suzuka does. She never ceases to impress and amaze me.

At such moments you understand why Suzuka Nakamoto ranks quite high among rock singers. Many people are prejudiced against Babymetal, but in fact their lead singer is very good, even in comparison with the top female singers. There is a sense of great potential in her, which perhaps she has not even fully revealed yet.

This is why i love Babymetal. Every song is positive. You believe her when she says it will be alright. Just the title alone is positive saying every day is a brand new day. You can start a new day over. If you read the lyrics you will see how positive each song is. To me you can't listen to Babymetal and not feel happy.

When you say it's not always easy, I remember a podcast: One of the guitarists that tour with Babymetal has said when he was on tour the first time and things go on automatic after a while he started to lose focus a bit and when playing for Babymetal you really can't and he gets really insecure about his playing. An almost crippling fear of failure. Luckily he got through this. Babymetal has many talented and very experienced people and he felt like he was maybe not up to the task, he prepared really good and thus from the start could perform it proper, but later felt he was slipping..

Most people that do the Babymetal guide break it up into three or four videos because they're in the same boat as you releasing other videos on top of that and recording time so you can still watch The guide and break it into to 4 12 minute videos

Polyphia - or at least Tim Henson and Scott Le Page - played the guitars on the album track of Brand New Day. Babymetal News reported that "It appears to have been a very off-hand experience. They received the request and got sent the track with some dummy guitars and placeholder synth vocals, which Tim and Scott redid to their style and sent back. They didn’t get to hear it until it came out to the public." 🦊🤘🤘🦊 And, yes, Polyphia's GOAT would be a great reaction!

Nice reaction. Babymetal delivering another strong positive message song. May not be their heaviest song by a long shot but That up lifting message and that fun pop vibe it gets played in the car. Especially when stuck in traffic. Babymetal is great at giving you a pick me up when you need it most. At times it feels like as much as they're known for their pop style vocals of metal music. The positive message of many of their songs has become just as signature. When this song came out on their third album in 2018. They probably needed this themselves. Talk about having a bad year. Yui leaves the group, Mikkio one of the guitarists tragically dies, one of the drummers' brothers die, the first show without Yui in Kansas City fans were really upset. While they say Su and Moa did their best the fans weren't happy that no one said Yui wasn't going to be there. It was just a dark time for Babymetal. But as Babymetal does, they pushed forward because tomorrow is a brand new day.

This is heavily modified footage with lots of upscale zooming, and artificial camera adjustments to get it through the YT CR algorithm. It's how they are able to get it on here to react to. It's perfectly fine for what it is, but definitely worth getting a hold of an actual copy to watch it unedited.

I just subscribed for the guide, and all the other reactions you have created. I don’t believe a live collaboration would be in the works as this is off a previous album. However, Polyphia is from the Dallas area and Babymetal is coming back to Dallas for (at least their third time) in late August. I have tickets for that one and others. Side note, Miyako from Lovebites and Hazuki from Nemophila have both stated they enjoy Polyphia.

As cool as a reaction to “Everything You Need to Know About Babymetal” would be, it IS outdated. It won’t cover the current era babymetal is in nor will it have much about the newest member, Momoko Okazaki aka Momometal, other than how she was an avenger, or a backup dancer. Just something to consider before you put in the work to record a reaction to a 40 minute outdated guide, lol.
@blueyonder1982 Жыл бұрын
But it does explain their history, how they started, who is who etc and none of that is outdated. It will take them right up to April 2021 - they went on hiatus from October 2021 and nothing much happened between then and January this year, so what has happened since will be expanded on or explained in the comments no doubt. I agree an updated version would be ideal, but that would be no different from the start to when the existing guide ends.
