Sir, i m residing in Gurgaon. Here we get natural wheat flour ; that means - like rice mills in our place; here in front of us they grind the whole wheat and will be handed over to us. My question is can we consume that flour?

Tandoori chicken is a low fat meal when compared to fried chicken as tandoori chicken cooks in its own fat and there is no extra fat (oil) added while cooking. And also the extra fat in the chicken melts down in the tandoor and makes it more healthier.
