டாக்டர் சார் உங்கள் வீடியோவில் தயவுசெய்து shirataki rice பற்றி சொல்லுங்கள். ஜப்பானிய அரிசியான Shirataki Rice யின் calories வெறும் 30 தான். உடல் எடை குறைக்க வேண்டும் ஆனாலும் rice நிப்பாத்த கூடாது என்பவர்களுக்கு இது நல்ல வாய்ப்பு.
