Thanks for the information. Protein powder is the only supplement for people those who eat less quantity of food. Because protein powder is a protein dense substance, with two or four scoop can easily give 30-60 gram of protein. In the market there are protein powder with no added sugar or added with natural sweeteners. Many manufactures sans adding sugar because they know people are becoming health conscious.

Hi Ma'am, that's fantastic. Reducing 10kgs is a very good news to hear. Nutrition deficiency happens only when you take a particular food for a long time. Try to take different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Add green leafy vegetables daily. Be hydrated always. If you are a non-vegetarian, include fish in your diet.

One of my close relatives had and her liver got damaged in a very bad manner. Pls.prefer natural protein rather than products. A few years after she died when we cousins were discussing we figured out that this product was the culprit. I will not blame the product. If we are using any such supplements we must adopt certain measures which no one does. May be that would have led to this problem.
