சார் நான் அதிக எடையிலிருத்தேன். தற்போது BMI படி சரியான அளவுக்கு உடல் எடைய குறைத்து விட்டேன். தொடர்ந்து உடற்பயிற்சி, யோகா, நடைப்பயிற்சி உணவு கட்டுப்பாடு போன்றவற்றை தவறாமல் தொடர்கிறேன். மது பழக்கம் அறவே இல்லை. நான் தற்போது பால், மோர், தயிர் சாப்பிடலாமா? உடல் எடை மீண்டும் கூடி விடுமா? சொல்லுங்க சார். அதுபோல் எண்ணெய் எவ்வளவு எடுத்து கொள்ளலாம் என்று சொல்லுங்கள்.
