This full body intermediate pilates workout is a perfect 35-minute routine when you're looking for more challenging pilates exercises. Whether you are already an intermediate student, or a beginner ready to take your practice to the next level, this full body pilates workout will leave you feeling great from head to toe.
I will offer modifications for many of the more challenging exercises, so I encourage you to listen to your body and do the version that works best for you without sacrificing proper form and alignment! By incorporating the other principles of breathing, control, concentration and centering, you'll be able to engage and use your core powerhouse most effectively.
