Lilly I’m glad I found you I met a guy who was a ballet dancer and I admired his form. So I asked him what should I do for a work out I only know my past bodybuilding routines he said Palates. Student physio involve any bending over or what would apply load to the disc. Any hunched positions. But please consult your physio for full treatment.

take breaks as needed!! pushing yourself is good for progress but too much can lead to injuries and prolonged soreness. if you're consistent everyday/week, you won't be needing as many breaks anyways and will make a lot of progress!

none workout by its own will make ur muscle got bigger, if you start eating an special diet for muscle grow (basically volume) then ur muscles will increase but u cant just get bigger legs with a simple workout.
