I’ve been doing these exercises since December and honestly, this is the best leg workout I’ve ever done! I would lie if I would say that it wasn’t hard at first, but trust me: consistency is key! I’ve been exercising for 4 years but I took it more seriously last year. No other workout made my legs so toned! I don’t know who needs to hear this, but don’t workout because you do not feel confident enough- workout because you love your body! What I’ve learned throughout my journey is that ‘health over looks’ is an essential principle that you must take into account. Discipline is key🤍 stay positive!! YOU got this!!

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!!! Yes!!! I did this workout for 12 days and there are literally drastic changes... -my legs definitely got thinner! -my legs got tight and fit (they don't jiggle) -affected my outer thigh the most. Didn't really affect my inner thigh... But this is a great exercise to begin with... Now I'll find some inner thigh workout. Note - your leg will drastically slim down!

And then my fat burned off and now my legs are slim... *So it won't bulk your legs* ... Because this exercise actually is for cutting down the fat and having trained muscles rather then big bulky muscles

gonna try doing this for 30 days day 1: done✅ it burnt a little but wasn't that challenging to be honest day 2 : couldn't finish the whole thing ❎ because of how sore my legs were day 3 : done ✅ definitely felt the burn but it was fun day 4 : done ✅ today was by far the most challenging pls remind me to come back by liking or replying to this !!

i did pilates workout from lidia mera (beginner level for 2 weeks) now I moved to eylem’s channel day 1: 10-3-2024 didn’t pause at all gave it a single go, it burns outer thighs the most (which I’m targeting) I’m very positive this is effective pilates of all time. tip: go 0.75x if y’all feel vid goes faster (i do it 1x) day 2: felt some mild cramps in my right hips, burning sensation felt good day 3: felt so much easier, improved breathing techniques, and strengthening core muscles. (still felt cramps but not as bad on day2)

I started working out three years ago and this makes it really difficult to find challenging workouts on KZbin. I don't have the money for a gym abo.. so I need to follow KZbin routines instead. This is the first time in a few months that i truly got challenged. I love it. Note: Not for beginners. Start with lighter exercise. It's better to gradually increase the difficulty. Otherwise nothing eill challenge you at dome point.

😭😭How does she manage to look so graceful while doing this?? This workout definitely works! I've done a lot of inner thigh workouts before but never felt the burn so I always assumed that I was doing it wrong. This was the first time I could visibly see my inner thigh muscles pop during a workout. The exercise was a bit difficult but quite enjoyable at the same time😄

today ive done that for twice, one in morning and one in rn, 9 pm. Its quite effective yet doesnt make you count seconds, you dont even realise that 15 mins had passed. So imma try to do this exercise 2 times every morning until the end of the year, lets see how this is gonna turn out!

I tried this to get back in shape after my baby was 3 months old. It took me 1 week to follow the whole vid. I could do better moves at week 2. I saw a clear result then, but this was not the only thing I did to get that. I also jump rope 800-1000 times 😅😅😅 I also changed my diet. Now I eat less carb and I dont drink milk-tea every day as I used to. I still have Vietnamese condensed milk eve.day. Now I will try her updated exercise. Anyway, u will definitely see the result u want!! Keep doing the exercise ❤❤❤

Feb 10th and its my 5th day of doing this and it was way easier, my legs are alot slimmer now though! I recommend taking a day break though for recovery. Once your muscles recover it becomes 10x easier!

I’ve started this today and will update daily, im planning to do this workout for the next 12 days. I still can’t believe I did this workout I was like dying the whole way through it. While I was dying I was looking at the screen and I just see her looking so pretty and has so much control and good posture!

This workout is amazing I did it for only one week I already have skinny legs but I’ve had a bit fat in my outer thighs and inner thighs and my outer things got way smaller in only one week so it does work my inner thingt fat is also almost gone!

Does this workout make your thighs bigger or make them muscular??? I don't really want legs with a lot of muscle, i just want skinny and skinny legs.

I tried so many inner thigh workout but always I thought that they are not working bcuz I never felt burn but by ur workout I am really feeling that heat and burn in my legs I really appreciate it.

@@jenifr._ I followed a diet, but sometimes I could afford something delicious) in addition, I did exercises on other parts of the body, but sometimes I combined others with this workout, but rarely.
