This work out doesn't feel like 10 mins. It is so relaxing as well. I like the fact that I don't feel as if I am dying after HAHAHAHAHA so my brain does not despise it. It doesn't feel the need to protect me, on the otherhand it anticipates the relief and feel good sensation I will feel after. This is something I can do on a regularly basis. Thank you Lily!💜

Im not really seeing people talk about their changes in the comments section, so I might as well do it myself. *Goal:* Toning myself *Current Weight:* 139 pounds Day 1: ✅️ I felt the BURN!!! Especially on that one exercise on the 8 minute point! 😂 Stay tuned for the next day! Day 2: ✅️ It burned once again 😅 Buuut I saw that I was taking less breaks and endured more of the burn!! Even if it was just by a little bit. Day 3 tomorrow!! 🎉 Day 3: ✅️ I took NO breaks 🎉🎉🎉 I will have to say that I'm also doing other workouts along with this workout too!! Day 4:✅️❤ NO breaks!!! Day 5: ✅️💕🫶 I HAVE been getting a tad bit lazy on doing this workout but I'm PUSHING MYSELF THROUGH WITH STRECHES 🙏 Day 6: ✅️ Sooo sorry I haven't been editing on time daily!! Doing this for 2 weeks! I'm 130 and I have a bit of stomach fat. Keep in mind I do 2 sports. Day 1: I had to take mini breaks. It burns.😅 Day 2: Burned 🔥 Day 3: Burned. Haven't seen any change yet. Day 4: I see a slight change, and I'm starting to see my hourglass shape.😄 Day 5: The workout has gotten easier. 👍 Day 6: I'm thinking about doing 2 workouts to really achieve my goal.😌 Day 7: Less bloated 😎 Day 8: I can see my hourglass figure coming back ☺

I’ve been there but at 12 your body is shaping and shifting so much. You are absolutely not fat, I don’t even have to see you to know that. Pleas just be mindful, while exercise is good make sure you’re eating enough as well.

i used to think the same way as you when i was 12 but now that im 15 i know that my body was still growing then and even now so love yourself for who are and work out to become a better version of yourself. You should also never feel ashamed for working out because its far better to work out secretly in ur room rather than not doing anything at all. you should be proud of yourself for choosing a healthy way to change rather than doing things like starving yourself. I’m going to do this for two weeks (14 days) on top of some cardio. I’m currently 143lbs. Day 1: kicked my ass but I feel good ✅ Day 2: Felt even better and the exercises felt shorter even after one day✅ Day 3: okay so I did slack these past days, but I did still do cardio. I wanna say that this is probably the most effective ab workout out there. If you do it corrently and consistently(minimum 3 months) you will definitely see results because Ive lost 30 kilos doing this as my workout routine coupled with some other workouts and I swear by consistency and hard work ❤

day 1-3: ✅did the 5 minute version day 4: ✅felt the burn. i get bored of workouts but this one is interesting and i feel proud of myself after it so im gonna hopefully continue it! day 5: ✅ was really tired and it was a late night but i forced myself to do it. still sore from yesterday but it was fine! shaking by the last exercise day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ one week woo!! so hard to motivate myself day 8: ✅ passed the one week mark! starting to see a slight difference day 9: ✅ im gonna struggle to do it this week day 10: ❌ skipped because i didn’t get home until 10:30 pm and was tired day 11: ✅ honestly glad i skipped because this time i actually took my time and felt it a lot more day 12: ✅ it’s show week so i only had time for half day 13/14: ❌ shows were workout enough and didn’t get home till late day 15: ✅ back to it! day: 16-17: ❌ day 18: ✅

okay and how do you think she makes her money? ads are literally a youtubers way of income. there are plenty of adblockers that you can put on to stop them without her having to get rid of them in general. unfortunately with us getting these workouts for free on youtube this is what we deal with unless you want to pay for a subscription to her app

Hi i'm going to try to do this every day for at least two weeks and update here Day 1: ✅ it was hard to do but very satisfying. I don't have any mussle soreness for now. I hope i did it right😅 Day 2:✅ it actually burned ✨ I'm so glad Day 3:❎ it was too hot when I woke up and I slept in for rest it's okay Day 4: ✅ back on track. It was really hard this time. I'm not gonna measure myself but I'll continue doing this until I see a visual change in my belly Day1: ✅ forgot to do some relaxation stretches and no pain so far Day2: ✅ did a little bit of after stretch and oh damn after 4 hours of the workout my stomach started hurting soooooo baddd like I couldn't even lay down properly 😭 Day3: ✅ felt so good my stomach stopped bloating as much but it still bloats tho Day4: ❎ Unfortunately, i couldn't do it. i woke up late and had to take a test. I thought of doing it in the evening but my stomach was too full Day5: ✅ feels good Day6: ✅ Day7: I felt bored so I did kazuha's 11 lined ab workout instead Okay I stopped updating because I stopped doing this for more than a week because my entrance exams and all but right now I've been doing this from a week I don't see any physical change (because my belly is big and I'm not following any kind of diet and only limiting my sugar intake) but apart from that my absence feel SOO GOOD which is a sign that soon I will be achieving my goals! I love how this exercise is improving my core strength and I will update soon!

I am gonna do this twice a day for 14 days 🥹 wish me 🍀 Before workout: Stomach 76 mm Waist 80 mm Day 1: first day checking in! I skipped the sit up cuz I just can’t manage it but I manage to get through the whole routine. It doesn’t burn as much as I expected ( maybe cuz my form might not be correct ) but my legs were shaking during the exercise. Day2: checking in for day two, so I did 3 sets today cuz I ate lots of carb n fried food today. I take my word back this exercise burnnnn 🔥 🔥. I don’t feel the burn until this morning and it hurts even when m bending. My stomach was killing me. But I’ll continue to do it until day 14. 🍀 Day3: signing in, I only did one set today 😢 too tired from the day. Maybe cuz ytd I did 3 today it didn’t burn as much. But I don’t restrict my diet like today I had hotpot 😂. I did notice I loss 0.5kg although it was not my intention to lose weight 😂 Day4: I did it only once again😢 but it’s less painful on my stomach now tho my leg still hurt

I’m going to attempt to do this for two weeks. I’m also doing her 10 minute killer core Pilates workout after this one. So doing 2 workouts on same day. Staring on July 13th Day 1 ✅ burned a lot Day 2✅ something but feels good day 3✅ burneddddd day 4✅ burned but felt a bit easier day 5✅ no results but I just started so day 6 ✅ core is stronger! workout was easier day 7 ✅ soooo much easier core stronger!! day 8✅ wowwww it is sooooooooooo much easier! core is stronger. seeing results day 9❌ way to busy but you need to take breaks. core is still strong day 10✅ started my period so prob won't see results but core is def stronger day 11✅ easier and core is stronger. again I won't see results due to my period 🫠 Day 12❌ need to take breaks not good to do it everyday

im gonna do this work out every day for 2 weeks and ill come back and let you know how it goes! Update: Ngl I gave up but Im back at it. I like this workout because when I wake up my waste looks super slim and I did start noticing my core get a lot stronger and it was looking toned. Im going to try to be consistent with it now.

hellooo i started doing this today and ig i am just going to „document“ how it’s working idk hahhaha DAY 1: ✅ - i don’t feel like i am dying, although i did feel my abs burn which is a good sign hehe, looking forward to do this every weekday ---weekend--- DAY 2: ✅ - feeling a good burn, probably bc this time i did the exercises kinda the right way, definitely doing it tomorrow

I'm going to be doing this workout in combination with the 11 line ab workout and some other 5 minute workouts. Day 1: done, it was pretty easy. Did it twice. Day 2: didn't do it. Day 3: didn't do it Day 4: done. Day 5: done.

Day 1 : not so bad I can do it Day 2: a little more difficult but I can do it Day 3 : it was a lot harder my body was shaking but I did it ❗️ Day 4: I did it even though u had to take lil breaks in between

I am 13 and doing a lot of excercises for my stomach and butt because i am "fat" and flat(my friend makes fun of it and compares it to mine but i dont mind bcs she is there when times are hard and i am there for her,she sees me as a sister and i see her as a sister too♡)and almost everyone my age is skinny,i dont like my body i never did but workouts like this make me happy even if they are hard ,my family knows i work out for abs and a butt but idk if they found out that i work out for a smaller stomach or not,i cant wait to be skinny but idk if i will ever be skinny,little info,i am doing 10(or less) workouts daily,5 for stomack and 5 for a butt,i eat either a lot or a close to none but i started forcing myself to eat bcs i didnt eat enough and almost fainted but i will probably go back to it because i like it when i dont eat and i lost 0.04 kg(i think)because i didnt eat and did excercises but not too much,my friend is happy for me but she is sad that i am doing excercises for a butt(she started arround 10 months before me and had a smaller butt now it is a little bigger(i am so happy for her!!!))because she likes the male attention(i do too😶)and she is scared that i get a bigger and "better"butt than her but even if i do but ik i wont she is preetier than me in so many ways there are too many ways for me to say how preety she is but i feel like i am also preety but also ugly at the same time,she knows she is preety because people always tell her that but allmost no one tells me that and it makes me sad because a lot of people only like you if you are preety in the body and the face(she has both) Thank you for reading all this and i am sorry if i misspeled anything English is my second language so i am not wery good at it

Girl... this is a little fucked up! U dont have to have a better body for anyone but only you! Not even for a friend, o for a male atention! Youre 12 year old omg, u need to put ur focur and priorities on other things like school, good grades, good and better friends, and OVER EVERYTHING, focur on your mental health, in whats make u happy, self love, confidence babe! U dont need a body, or boys. And u have to eat. Im 23, and i has a eating desorder, and do the same as u, like no eat, and its no the solution! Doing that, only will make a opposite effect. Eat, eat well, balanced, eat fruit, greens, and if u want a chocolate, ice cream, pizza, whatever, eat them without being afraid! Its food, not your enemy. Food is your friend. And exercise only for feeling better, the body will come next!!!

This is really messed up. But remember that losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time isn't healthy. I'm under 18 so take what I say with a grain of salt. but everyone is beautiful in their own ways. there are people out there that will love you for yourself and not your looks. remember that a healthy lifestyle consists of giving your body the right nutrients with giving in to cravings so prevent binging an also exercise. it doesn't have to be hours of working out or cardio and sit ups, things like going on walks and bike rides are amazing for the body also. whenever I do rest days I make sure to get movement in by walking around outside or having a mini dance party in my room. You got this!

Hi, I've made your workout and I have to say, maybe it would be better if you show all 3 possibilities (easy/medium/advanced) at the beginning or already during the break. It would be easier to concentrate.
