November mornings are getting crisp. Spend a day with me in my cottage garden when we prepare for winter. Let's also cook an autumnal vegetarian lunch and stuff some apples for Bonfire Night.
Lunch: Roast vegetables with herbal curd cheese
Bonfire dessert: Fire-baked stuffed apples

FAQ:
Where are you from?
- I am from Bavaria, hence my accent. :)
Why Miss Anglophilia?
- At the age of ten, I had my first encounter with the English language at school. My teacher never tired of telling us inspirational stories about culture “on the island”. And that was it - I fell in love with it all! So Miss Anglophilia is me and it has been for many years.
Is this just about England?
- As for me, it all started with England which we were taught a lot about at school. I was lucky enough to live in England for a little while during my university years. There, I got to know many lovely people - not only English, but also Scottish, Welsh and Irish. So for me, “anglophilia” doesn’t stop at the English borders.
What does "Servus" mean?
- It's a Bavarian word used to greet people that you know and like. :)
I'm not a professional gardener, but I love working and relaxing in my garden. Nor am I a professionel chef, so I cannot take any responsibility for any omissions, mistakes or health issues that might occur when cooking my dishes.
