It boggles me that the person who sabotaged the marriage is the same person that fights to drag out the divorce in order to stay tied to the one they mistreated and discarded.

Toni I have to say the way you ended this video really hit home. You said if there is one thing you would like to leave with the ladies… is “Have Your Own”. That message is so true!!! I was a stay at home mom for 12 years with a high school diploma and no real work history or a big gap in my work history. And after and during divorce I was left with nothing. Now I find myself staring over with 6 children… trying to rebuild my life from the basement floor. It’s been 4 years and I’m still fighting to get established. So, yes!!! Have your Own!!! You never know what life is going to dish out.

First let me say, KUDOS & CONGRATS Toni. Im so very happy for you. I've watched this channel and previous one for a long time. You're experience is a true testimony. Thank you. Idk why the audacity of men's actions still baffle me. I had to learn young, 23, that same message when my son's dad walked out on us and didn't care if we had a roof over our heads or not. I had recently lost my job and that was the 1st time I ever truly relied on him or any man and we were living together. The street life and chasing women had him. I struggled, even homeless living in my car at one point but GOD, hallelujah, brought us through. I went to school and earning my Bachelor's and Master degrees, worked hard and at age 39, I was blessed with a 6 figure job and was able to buy my own home for my son and I. I say this as a testimony that when Toni says have your own and you can do it, there's no truer statement. Stay bless all.

Yes, make sure you learn to do for yourself - and don't feel guilty about it. I spent 24 years of my life, dedicated to raising a family/household budgeting, all kinds of important skills to keep us prospering. When he decided to move onto someone else, after promising me a lifetime, I realised I felt guilty about dividing my time, for no good reason. Now I have to play catch-up after 20 years out of the workforce. If I wasn't feeling guilty that financial ambitions just for me, was a betrayal of my commitment to the family, I would have carved out time to spend money on courses to develop my employable skills. Instead it was all spent on the main income earner. Great decision for the family budget if he decides to stick around - but what if he doesn't/dies/sustains injuries, etc? So yes, be sure to think about your employ-ability and capacity to draw income on your own terms.

A man will play along with you until they get everything in place and then ditch you. No matter how long y'all were together. Congratulations, Toni! I remember when you did the first video documenting the abandonment and thinking how brave you were for putting yourself out there during such a painful time & dealing with all the judgment from people outside looking in. I definately couldn't do that. It's good to see you in such a good place now.

Your glow shows how joyful you are! I remember your first video about this. I had recently gone through my divorce and I remember crying with you bc I knew it hurt. You started your journey with family, your circle, and water! I watched you rebuild without being bitter. I’m so thankful for you sharing your journey because it wasn’t any of our business. I love seeing you happy and smiling! I’m one of your biggest fans! Be Blessed Toni. YOU DID THAT WITH CLASS! ❤️

I applaud your courage and authenticity Toni. I have been a long time subscriber, bought over 20 plus earrings, met you and your ex in NY. You were my good friend in my head. My heart literally broke to see you document your process of feeling broken……because in 2017 I too was going through the same thing. Twenty year relationship. As I am finally on the other side of healing, it gives me joy to see you are as well. There were times I could not watch because it made my own pain more real. You are an awesome soul who is ENOUGH and worthy of all the great things that have come and will continue to come in your life. #freedom #blessed #favored

Hey Toni I'm really feeling apologetic for that happening to You. The Boi was really a Boy. It is his loss. You are a INCREDIBLY talented Woman. I've seen how you are loving, caring with your family and friends. I know it's a painful experience, you will prevail. You are Strong, Courageous, Wise, Gorgeous. Move forward Sis. You have my Blessings. 🎀

I’m still shocked. None of us Tonettes knew because you both seemed so happy with doing the renovations for Gabrielle and Chad’s arrival. It’s still hard to believe sometimes because we loved you both together. Thanks for explaining the divorce process and sharing this personal time in your life with us. I love your look in this video 😀 And I see you changed the name to the other channel. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Toni you're just a phenomenal woman...period. It has been amazing to see your evolution over the past 2-3 years. When I started watching you I honestly didn't know what your journey was gonna look like 1 or 2 years from then, but Omg I'm so glad I see you stronger, healthier, and most importantly happier than you were before. You look like a whole new woman. I'm so proud of your resilience and determination. You've inspired so many women with your story and honestly just listening to you talk on your vlogs. I'm excited to see where you go to or what you accomplish next. Peace, love, and blessings Toni! 🤗🤗🤗😘🥰🥰💕💕💕💕🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
