I'm in my 50s and fighting both obesity and pain. I started to follow your channel when I began to address my back pain. Recently during my physical my doctor had x-rays and ultrasound done on my back and hip. I have arthritis in my lower back and tendinosis in my gluteus medius. I was given options to have injections for pain but declined. Using the exercises from your videos, I have been noticing a big improvement in managing my hip pain. It is also helping me in getting my weight under control as well though that does take a bit more effort. Just want to say, thanks for doing these videos as they have been a help to me in getting movement back into my life and making it less painful.

@@MsPalaa So sorry you could not walk for that length of time. I had a sciatic nerve flared up that left mewith so much pain that I could not walk for 3 months. If you don't mind me asking . What is EDS?

I started physical therapy a month ago for my arthritic hips and excruciatingly painful bursitis. I went to an ortho hip doctor about five days ago and he said I’m definitely going to need a left hip replacement at some point but let’s try the Cortizone injections as long as they work. The injections are miraculous. I am better able to participate in physical therapy now that I am no longer in excruciating pain.

Thank you so much. I am 46 yrs old. I have been a pretty active person for 8 yrs. I really enjoy weight training and Plyometric movements. Two weeks ago I had sone intense pain in my hip area. Took me off my feet for a week. Seen ortho, not sure what caused that pain or even the reason why my hips are locking up. I have lost strength, stability in my left hip. Using crutches to help me walk. I did the "beginner" exercises with sone difficulty. However, my hip felt a little better. Thank you again

Thank you for this advice 🎉 It's just what I need after fracturing. my spine and being somewhat immobile for a couple months. I also have Kyphosis which is quite painful when exercising. You are both amazingly knowledgeable and helpful 🥰

I've been watching another lady who helps stroke sufferers. She recommends duck tape on the shoe may not look pretty but it stops an uneven foot catching the surface throwing the hair out and causing people to stumble. I found part of the problem with having one leg shorter than the other and the leg locking up is you need to lift the short leg higher and mentally tell it to swingvthrough. She recommends a Swedish leg brace for keeping up with others while walking.

Hi guys, great video, I have used your videos once again recently to deal with pain on the back of my heel, which radiates around the outer ankle. I don't know if its achilles, plantar, or peroneal, but your tips have helped me treat it at home and keeping me working. Keep up the great and helpful videos and thanks.

Any exercise kills me now, after being so fit and flexible, my hips for some reason, became tight. I blame my physio, suggesting a cane, as I relied on it, and progressed to a walker, as it was easier to get in and out of the shower. Any workouts with a band, that will help?

I have had both hips replaced, one in 2007 and other in 2016. I really appreciated this session, I have been having a lot of groin pain on both sides, any thoughts?

Is there anything PT can do for a Hip Labral Tear? It took forever to get a diagnosis, and is taking forever to get surgical help. It's really painful.

I hope someone answers that, but I would definitely check with my doctor before trying these. I have one hip replacement, and am concerned about any movement where you cross your leg.

This is great information for me, I have great difficulty getting up and down steps without a rail. When getting into my car, I literally pickup my left leg to get it in, so these will help! I blame my big belly (which appeared overnight) for the difficulty, so what exercises can I do to strengthen my low abdominals?

I have the same problem getting into a car. On my worse days, my leg is too painful to lift so I have to use a cane. I turn the cane upside down so I can use the handle to rest my foot on, then I pull my leg up into the car.

they say my hip pain is due to a damaged nerve in my spine, although i have lupus, they also said its the bursa with tons of inflammation, pain all the way down burning sharp deep and groin area

I did the step practice for a month just to step in the cab. It worked well. But I cannot do the figure Four. The more I practice it seems tobe getting worst.

Based on your progressions, I feel unusual. I can easily run up a flight of stairs, 2 steps at a time (“advanced”), but I can barely do a’ figure 4 with my legs (“basic”), and from lying down I can raise one leg but not for more than a few seconds lest I experience injury.

I am able to raise the right leg , unfortunately i cannot raise my left leg. My left leg is very weak. Please suggest how to strengthen my left leg. Thank you

I have the same problem think in inches , even if you can only do a few inches keep at it. Never give up. That’s what I’m doing. Good luck to you 😊

Otay sumone in gkc threw out a low rider rocking chair.i hav a John Kennedy type Rocking chair not exact..I took this low rider found little touch of work on runner..found other runner broken off BAC leg..whomever use epoxy and two screws good job wouldn't notice till close inspection.carving out the leg at front dowel I made a piece to fit ..gorilla glue,clamped.loojs good works fine..then a touch up on other dowel. ,sawdust gorilla glue..nice little rocker takes 15-22 minutes move about afoot to left..Kennedy runners need work BIG ROCKER..I rock oh hour + hips thighr,knees calves..slowly using rocker open up tight Ares..might b working and so relaxing with my return to yoyo ..25 yos of my yo yo I'm calm, got up to 150 yos of my YOYO.. my head noise been very bad,I saw my YOYO ,y not..feel like a kid again sure a 72 yr old kid.still waiting on Sweet Miss.Polly,Prof.Peabody and his pet boy Sherman, girlfriend...chow rocking helps with my tightness my hips to knees..my diet 10/5/21 to Christmas Eve ..33 lb loss evenbroke my goal by 1/2 pound..174.5..nowonstsying mostly -3+ lbs 174.5...,177-178 range...also my small picture of JFK looks over my shoulder at my desk...very sad time..

Injured carrying ate teen liter bottles (2) over crappy men shoveled driveway!
