My husband who is super fit and loves the gym has giggled at me for years as I only do KZbin work outs. He would walk by and mock me as I'm doing the work out and shake his head at the trainer. Yesterday I was doing one of your workouts (have been for months now) and he actually stopped what he was doing and joined me. He was a sweaty mess at the end. He was so impressed with the workout and the minimalist format and set up. He asked all kinds of questions about you and I had him watch this video and he's even more impressed with your honesty and realness. And it's FREE, with no ads, you clearly love what you do. I LOVE your workouts !! Especially the preview of the next exercise and the fact that you don’t chatter during the workouts. Such an inspiration! I am 55 years old and dreaded returning to workouts but you make me want to work out with you. God bless you, Woman!

Which workout have you been doing? I think that some men have issues with their own body image or low self worth because they don’t have a lot of muscles. A guy said to me that I just can do pull ups because i am thin. That was mean because I put a lot of effort in learning this skill.

Me too, I used to have personal trainer and the gym closed bc of covid so I started doing KZbin home workout. My SO has always been... for lack of a better word, skeptical about the trainers/influencers. He only has respect for Caroline and thinks she's legit and no nonsense.

There are very few fitness professionals that I follow, such as Massy Arias, Jillian Michaels, Kaisa fitness, Mr and Mrs Muscle, and these individuals have been doing fitness for a long time and I just started following CG because like the professionals listed above she's knowledgeable and her workouts are challenging and that's important!😊 There are so many fitness influencers on YT who really don't know what they are talking about regarding fitness.🙄🤨😒

Honestly she is the best fitness guru out there because she keeps it real and straight forward with honest information. She’s not another insta girl posting “gEt A bIgGeR bUtT iN tHrEe DaYs” or the false advertising from male wanna be gurus that really don’t share in depth workouts, or they can’t post a video without a thousand ads. When I discovered Caroline and saw how incredibly strong and built she is I knew straight away she was the trainer I needed. I had been following Chloe Ting, and I don’t want to throw shade because Chloe’s workouts are fine for moderate training. But I just wasn’t seeing results despite my best efforts. Caroline is easy to follow, I find myself getting my form better, and I feel it the next day. Not to mention the great results followed with a simple clean diet plan. Thanks to her I have more endurance on my long hikes as well. I’m hoping to also get a new indoor bike that I can incorporate into my daily Epic workouts that Caroline shares with us. She also has a great personality and a very professional approach to what she does. No fakeness, no false claims or promises. And unlike a lot of workout videos it doesn’t feel repetitive! That’s what really sets her channel apart. I hate doing the same moves over nonstop, Caroline changes it up and keeps it interesting! The workouts are not a drag by any means. They’re fun and intense and I enjoy them

I diet, resistance train, and do your workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I have lost over 20 pounds in the last 2 and half months. I usually do 3 of your 15-20 minute workouts and I have burned up to 700-900 calories. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I will continue to tune in and am truly thankful that you share these videos.

I literally shed a tear watching this. You're perfect for me, I am more disciplined and challenged than ever. But not overly so I dread doing so, more excited to see what I can do next! Don’t get me wrong, I love your workouts, but if you take 1-2 rest days and don’t upload, I’m sure we’ll manage, we can rewatch videos or take rest days ourselves! Don’t feel pressured 😌

In a world that's gone crazy for diets/ implants/fillers/ liposuction and more, how refreshing it is to hear good, common sense. Had not realised you started your channel because of Covid, found you as looking for exercise routines online. You are truly inspirational, this is from an acute medicine physician and a previously qualified personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Now knocking on the door of my 60th birthday I can't keep up with you but giving it a damn good go. Keep up the good work and wishing you success in all your endeavours.

Women, train...show your daughters that food is a friend not the enemy, as long as you are exercising. I eat in the same way as Caroline too. Here’s what I changed to get rid of my flabby thighs/skinny fat... A subscriber on another channel suggested I try intermittent fasting 18/6 to get rid of the pear shape. It has totally worked along with consistent training and adding weights my lower body is looking the best it’s ever looked. I’m amazed. Wow, the difference in my body is epic. I’m so much stronger, fitter, my stamina and endurance and running has improved ten fold, thanks to Caroline. One thing, I have become scared to not train and I’ve had to give myself a talking to. I love Caroline’s workouts. Nice to meet you Caroline! Take care, keep at it friends. You will achieve your goals, be patient and don’t be hard on yourself. Love and thanks to Caroline.

I agree though I am different in my intermittent fasting window. Mine is 12/12 but that personality is what works for me, and yours works for you, so they are both good as we are both different 👏

I can’t believe you just started this a few months ago. You should be famous! Thank you for being the most positive thing going during the California fires and COVID. I was so so tempted to join a gym (again...) when I stopped myself. I already had dumbbells, powerbands etc. I googled 'dumbbell work out on KZbin' and came across the delightful Caroline! What a blessing. You are a diamond Caroline. The workouts are amazing. I would recommend to anyone. I teach Kundalini Yoga but needed something to increase my muscle mass being post menopausal and 59! Your workouts are brilliant, encouraging, fun and the music is banging! Thank you Caroline continue to shine beautiful Soul!

I am 62 and since I've been doing your workouts my body is so tone that people think I'm 35. Some have even said I look like a teenager😄These workouts show in the face as well. I love this so much and thank you!

I wanna take a moment to tell that your workout series are incredible. My Very good friend suggested me to do it if I was planning for a home workout and I was amazed with the results infact I do suggest your series to whoever is looking to workout. You are 💎 I workout consistently and avoid eating packaged foods and rarely eat unhealthy food that's how simple I keep things for me and it did show the results. Thank you❤

Thanks Caroline I am a Dietitian and I really want to thank you for your nutrition information as it is pretty much on target for what we would be counselling a client about healthy eating for those living active lives. No faddish programs a great balance!

You are SUCH a lovely person and such an inspiration! And one of the things I most appreciate is your statement about how one cannot honestly say "Burn belly fat in two weeks!" There is too little discussion of the importance of diet and lifestyle factors in ridding oneself of belly fat or thigh fat in the majority of online presentations. There is so much fakery out there! True, but tracking isn't that difficult with smartphones and bar code scanning. It used to be wayyyy harder before smartphones, and lots of people did it even then

My new Covid body is thanks to you! I'm 58 and have struggled with my weight all of my life even though I've always worked out. The intense leg segments of the dumbbell workouts have been a game-changer for me. My metabolism has increased with the increased leg and glute muscles and my shoulders have changed shape from rounded to more square (purse straps no longer fall off my shoulder). I walk and ride my bike for cardio and do your workouts at least 3 or 4x/week. PS: I had a feeling that was an Irish accent.

Thanks caroline for not highlighting weight lose. You aren't a fitness influencer to me rather a trainer so i both envy and trust on you really. Even you saying that you are 57 kg to 158cm breaks the ideal fit numbers in my mind because I'm also 158 cm and I've always thought i must be around 50 kg to look that fit and i was body shaming myself actually. Now I'm getting that I'm already healthy and fit. Thanks a lot💪

I appreciate that you give practical advice and that you don't push any supplements (supplements are a complete scam. they're unregulated in the US...) It's frustrating to have so many trainers/fitness personalities out there that claim that health and fitness is a quick fix. If it didn't take work, then everyone would be thin. Caroline as a fitness instructor going through menopause my body has changed and so has my strength. It’s been super hard. Started your workouts last month and they are so challenging. I love them and I love you. So motivating without saying anything

I’m 68 years-old and have been following you for about a month. I struggle with push-ups so, the variations you suggested help. I’ve have both hips replaced and foot surgery and lunges are incredibly difficult. So, thank you so very much for sharing your insights in this video! Keep sharing, I love your workouts!

P.S thank you so much for your completely honest and very true answers- especially about the burning fat- it’s very common to see people falling for the ‘loose belly fat in 2 weeks!’ Or ‘get a 6 pack in 6 days’ when both, for the average person is un-achievable! First time mom here with a 4 month old. My body is not what it used to be but to be honest my body before my baby wasn’t exactly what I wanted either. I have been doing your 15 minute arm workout for the past week and I’m so inspired! I can pick up my baby with ease. I am expanding to your other workouts and I cannot wait to get to my goal. I had no idea you had just started your channel! I started working out slowly in March. Just a few months ago I began to get into strength training. The gym is just not an option for me right now with the pandemic and being at home all day with toddlers. I LOVE your videos. I get such an efficient burn with just my dumbbells. The muscles that I’ve built in just a matter of two months is insane.

This is amazing! After years of yo-yo diets and hating my body, I’m finally starting to focus on nutrition and strength and having fun with my exercise. Love your free flowing style! You appear very fit...all that from following the eating approach you discussed? When/how long have you been living “healthy”-eating relight & exercising? My wife is concerned about getting big in her arms b/c she did as a teenage swimmer. I try to get her to focus on consistency, losing the fat she wants, and THEN see what happens. I know you can’t advise with this general of a situation so we’ll just continue to work it through w/you! Thank you! ❤️☝🏽💪🏽

Thanks so much for this! Sometimes it is so overwhelming with the plethora of information out there on weight training/nutrition/etc., with the accompanying get thin quick schemes. I had to smile when you mentioned yogurt. That is my go-to breakfast EVERYDAY....yogurt, flax meal, oats/or my homemade granola (if it hasn't already disappeared!), sometimes fresh-ground peanut butter and fruit. Eggs are a big thing here; I always have at least a dozen hard-boiled eggs on hand for snacks. I am in the process of switching over to wholegrain pastas and breads. I love quinoa and brown rice too. I make protein balls and roll them in chopped nuts.....they are better than candy! I am looking forward to what you have coming for us, so in the mean time, do get some rest. We will be here waiting and working out!!

Your accent is beautiful and i'm really really grateful of your workouts that obviously you did.
